How to Check Your Wafid (GAMCA) Medical Status Online

After your Wafid (GAMCA) medical, you don't need to go back to the centre to get your results. Everything is available online. Here's a step-by-step guide to checking your medical status.

Method 1: Check on the Official Wafid Portal

Visit wafid.com (the official GCC medical platform).
Click on "Check Medical Status" or "Applicant Login".
Enter your passport number and date of birth.
Select your nationality and the GCC destination country.
Your latest medical result will appear — Fit, Unfit, or Retest.

Method 2: Via Employer / Sponsor Portal

In Saudi Arabia and Qatar, your employer or PRO (Public Relations Officer) can also check your medical status through the Absher, Qiwa, or Metrash portals using your Iqama/visa reference number.

Method 3: Through the Medical Centre

If the online portals show no result after 5 working days, contact the medical centre where you were tested with your:

Full name as per passport
Passport number
Date of medical
Wafid booking reference number

What the Results Mean

Fit: You passed. Your result has been transmitted to the relevant GCC authority. Proceed with your visa application.
Unfit: A condition was detected. See our guide on what to do if you fail.
Retest: One or more tests were inconclusive. You'll be asked to return for a specific test (usually a blood draw or repeat X-ray).
Pending: Your result is not yet uploaded. Wait 1–2 more working days and check again.

How Long Until Results Appear?

Typically 3–5 working days after your appointment. High-volume centres (like Mumbai, Dhaka, or Karachi) may take up to 7 days during peak seasons.

Need to Print Your Result?

Once your result shows as Fit on the Wafid portal, you can download and print the official medical fitness certificate directly from the portal. This is the document your employer or embassy requires.
